Set up the portal and forms
During onboarding we set up the portal and forms with you: with your questions, in your languages and in your visual identity.
Submit an application
Applicants fill in the form online, upload documents and submit. The application appears in your overview immediately.
Review and manage
Your team comments internally, sets statuses and tags and requests missing information precisely. Applicants revise only the fields you release.
Decide together
Your committee gets access to the assigned applications and votes online. You see the result as soon as the votes are in.

The data centres run on renewable energy and are cooled with outside air. The waste heat warms flats, and the remaining emissions are offset twice over.
Secured and traceable
Data is stored encrypted and backed up daily. Your team signs in with two-factor authentication, and every change to an application stays in its history.
